Did you know....Murray Main Street presents
Main Street Merriment and Dickens' Alley Friday, Dec. 5?
This festive evening begins as Santa visits from 4 - 7
p.m. downtown. The lighting of the court square
Christmas tree will take place at 5 p.m. along with
caroling from local talent and area schools. The
historic post office will be open for refreshments along
with Marley's Main Street Pub giving a nostalgic view of
Christmases past. Carriage rides will be available as
well as sneak peaks from Playhouse in the Park's A
Christmas Story. Visit downtown retailers for extended
shopping hours. Also, don't miss the Rotary Christmas
Parade Saturday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. Participate in the
parade by signing up at the Chamber of Commerce or
calling 753-5171.
